A fully custom member area experience for a multi discipline educational platform, where each course was crafted with a unique visual identity to reinforce authority, immersion, and perceived value.
About the Creator
Danuzio Neto is a geopolitics, current affairs, and history professor, lecturer, and OSINT specialist (Open Source Intelligence). He is known for building the largest Brazilian OSINT profile, combining academic background with real time geopolitical analysis.
Alongside his work as an educator and content creator, Danuzio is also a Tax Auditor for the São Paulo State Treasury and holds a degree in Literature, bridging institutional expertise, critical analysis, and public communication.
His content spans geopolitics, international relations, ethics, economics, propaganda, and the global information landscape, with a strong presence across social media, podcasts, and educational platforms.
About the Project
Aprofundar is a subscription based educational platform and member area designed to host long form courses, series, and special content across multiple disciplines.
It is positioned as the first Brazilian educational subscription platform bringing together deep, multi thematic content under a single ecosystem.
The project started with no existing visual system, except for the Aprofundar logo. The challenge was to design the entire visual language of the platform and create more than 30 unique module covers, each representing a different subject and instructor.
The goal was to elevate perceived value, authority, and immersion, transforming the member area into a premium and cinematic experience.
Execution Process
I was responsible for defining the visual direction and design system for the platform, including concept development, aesthetic references, and the overall creative approach.
Each course and series was treated as a standalone visual experience, with its own aesthetic identity, while still maintaining coherence across the platform. This required careful curation of imagery, typography, color palettes, and compositional style.
Some covers involved advanced image manipulation and compositing, developed in collaboration with Joás Levi, a design partner who contributed to specific visual treatments under my creative direction.
The result was a cohesive yet diverse system, capable of supporting a wide range of themes without visual repetition.
Instead of standard course thumbnails, the platform presents each module as a visual artifact, designed to feel premium, collectible, and highly shareable. This made the member area not only functional, but also instagramable, reinforcing brand authority and emotional engagement.
