MDA: Mentalidade de Aço
A complete redesign of the MDA ecosystem, focused on elevating perceived value through a premium landing page, a high standard member area, and a refined checkout experience, supporting a new phase of growth and scale.

About the Company
Moving Girls is the largest female entrepreneurship community in Brazil. The platform is fully digital and supports entrepreneurs through education, training, content, and strategic guidance, helping women build and scale their businesses.
Founded by Camila Vidal, mentor, author, and entrepreneur, Moving Girls has impacted more than 60,000 women across 78+ countries over the past seven years. The brand is recognized for its strong focus on mindset, execution, and real business results.
At the time of this project, Moving Girls was in a phase of repositioning and scale, preparing for the next stage of growth of its flagship program.

About the Project
The main challenge was improving perceived value and visual authority. While the product already delivered strong results, the existing experience did not reflect its true positioning.
I was responsible for the redesign and elevation of the MDA (Mentalidade de Aço) ecosystem, including:
Landing Page
Premium Member Area
Checkout Experience
Revenue Award Plaques for top performing students
The goal was clear: elevate UX, increase perceived value, and deliver a high impact experience aligned with the launch of a new MDA cohort.

Execution Process
The project started with deep reference analysis, based on visual directions already envisioned by Camila.
The first priority was the member area, which needed to be delivered quickly and at a high standard to support ongoing operations.
After validating the new visual identity through the member area, I applied the same design language to the landing page used for the launch. This ensured consistency, maturity, and a premium feel across the entire journey.
The project was designed and implemented using WordPress, Elementor, and Photoshop, with direct feedback and approvals from Camila Vidal throughout the process.
Delivering the member area ahead of schedule created breathing room for more strategic decisions during the landing page phase, directly improving the final result.
The most impactful contribution was transforming the visual language to reflect authority, scale, and credibility, especially within the member area, which became a key touchpoint for student experience and retention.
Beyond the initial scope, I later fully redefined the visual identity of Moving Girls, reinforcing the brand’s positioning for future growth.
