A conversion focused landing page system designed to scale traffic, improve perceived value, and maximize performance for one of Brazil’s largest education platforms.®

About the Company
Grupo PRØ is the largest youth transformation company in Brazil, delivering online education programs and large scale in person events focused on productivity, prosperity, and purpose.
Through its flagship product, Pro Academy, the group has impacted more than 40,000 young people across the country.
At the time of this project, Pro Academy was in a scaling phase, with high traffic volume and aggressive growth goals.


About the Project
I was responsible for designing and optimizing multiple landing page variations for Pro Academy, including the R$1 trial offer and the lifetime access offer.
This project went far beyond a single Black Friday landing page. The objective was to improve performance at scale by increasing conversion rates, reducing cost per lead, and validating improvements through structured A/B testing.
Beyond conversion, a key challenge was perceived value. The product launch included content that would be released progressively throughout 2026, which required clearly communicating value and tangibilizing the full experience on the landing page, even for content that was not yet available.

Execution Process
I started by analyzing the existing brand identity and the already built member area, ensuring visual and experiential consistency across the entire funnel.
From there, I applied the identity system to the landing pages, focusing on:
Clear hierarchy and scannability
Strong value perception
Optimized UX for high traffic environments
The pages were rebuilt to be fully responsive, optimized, and conversion ready. I worked closely with the copywriter to restructure the narrative and strengthen the offer presentation, transforming previously under optimized pages into high impact conversion assets.
All pages were implemented using WordPress, Elementor, and Photoshop, enabling fast iteration, testing, and deployment.
A critical contribution was translating an evolving product into a clear and tangible value proposition, reinforcing trust and authority even before all modules were released.
The project also involved collaboration within a high profile ecosystem, featuring creators and educators such as Julia Saraiva, Paulo Vieira, Luigi Cesar, Uana Amorim, Camila Vieira, Thiago Fonseca, Bruno Mano, Tamara Teixeira, Carol Campos, among others.
